This position requires a large amount of dealer contact in the Aftermarket & directly affects the sales of parts. To maximize efficiency, this position must adapt to different customer cultures and tendencies instantaneously, while providing the best customer service in the industry. Incumbents are expected to be able to make decisions related to, and not limited to: Proper parts identification, Alternate sourcing during “truck down” backorder situations, canceling parts orders, adjusting backorder priority levels, air or premium cost authorization. Incumbents are expected to make recommendations related to, and not limited to: Order types for Dealer consideration, Dealer use of return privileges, policy adjudication, enhancements to current Dealer and/or HYMH systems and/or procedures.

What you will do:

  • Assist Hyster and Yale dealers in all parts order related concerns including parts identification, ordering, expediting, and tracking.

  • Incumbent will Coordinate between Dealer and various parts departments in areas regarding parts returns, core returns, parts claims, invoicing and credits.

  • This position is expected to communicate to both brands adapting effortlessly to various customer cultures and tendencies.

  • Act as prime point of image projection and responsiveness for the distribution chain and is critical to customer satisfaction.

  • The position is expected to motivate other Company resources and/or redirect resources toward aggressive, and often premium, resolution expense.

  • Incumbent must possess interpersonal skills needed to overcome objections and be able to influence the opinions and actions of others.

Who you are:

  • Assist Hyster and Yale Dealers in determining order status by utilizing various logistic tools available providing tracking/proof of delivery information. Staff omni-channel (voice and chat) communication, in addition to traditional incident volume

  • Address quality issues set forth by dealers, Greenville, and various other company personnel worldwide.

  • Assist Dealers with parts/core return problems and credit memos.

What you will need:

  • BS Degree, Associates degree with 1-year related experience

  • High School Diploma/GED with 2-6 years related experience.

  • Highly self-motivated individual with the ability, interpersonal and facilitation skills to work across functional team boundaries.

  • Data Analysis/Problem Solving Skills

  • Excellent Communication/Customer Service Skills

  • Parts/Service Manual Knowledge & Print Reading Skills

  • Familiarity with telematics industry
