Primary Purpose:

The Sales Performance Analytics Manager’s primary focus is to ensure the Aftersales business terms, price, and discount execution, as well as sales efforts are enabling collaborative, easy to work with, and value-add customer/dealer relationships with HYG Aftersales.

To achieve the aforementioned, the incumbent will manage the design and support execution of all Aftersales terms and conditions including but not limited to sales, delivery, return, MDI, and dealer incentive programs. In addition, this role will be responsible for delivering insightful and actionable sales analytics and performance measurements, as well as setting ‘The Right Price’ strategy to achieve corporate target margin, market share and revenue targets.

The expected outcomes and performance measurements of this role include revenue and margin growth by reducing leakage or outsourcing to other providers, supported by a right price strategy, and a sales team that is laser focused on identified revenue opportunities. The result will be repeat customers loyal to HYG and its aftersales brands.

What you will do:

  • Lead development and implement pricing strategies which deliver margin and share goals.

  • Develop and enhance analytical pricing and reporting tools in order to drive continuous improvement.

  • Develop and manage pricing Insights utilized internally and by management.

  • Responsible for successful development and implementation of future pricing strategy initiatives.

  • The incumbent must be a strong effective communicator, with diverse groups of people throughout HYG’s global operations, and must have good organizational skills with regard to work priorities.

What you will need:

  • B.S. or B.A. required, Masters preferred

  • 5+ years relevant experience

Skills, Experience & Abilities

  • Highly self-motivated individual with the ability, interpersonal and facilitation skills to work across functional team boundaries

  • Able to work effectively with personnel at all levels of the organization

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills needed

  • Advanced mathematical and analytical skills, marketing concepts and pricing best practices

  • Advanced personal computer skills (Excel, Access database queries, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, Business Warehouse)

  • Strong project management and communication skills (oral, written, and presentation)

Additional job duties:

  • Decisions and recommendations made by this position require communication with many areas of the company including Parts Distribution Center, IT, Fleet, Service, Aftermarket and Finance. Responsible for developing projects and establish processes that solve challenges in a collaborative manner.

  • Ability to drive pricing and customer loyalty recommendations that effectively balance margin targets and market share objectives.

  • Regular communication and collaboration with other functional areas to manage the quality and accuracy of large data sets.

  • Develop analytics to identify dealer opportunities and potential in order to increase sales and revenue.

  • Recommend and assist in implementation of changes to systems involved in delivering pricing knowledge of other functional area responsibilities and systems.
