Hyster-Yale Group, Inc. (HYG), a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Major Accounts Manager – Field Based .

What you will do:

  • Responsible for growing major account sales in assigned accounts and driving success in defined target accounts by working with internal functional groups and the dealer organization.

  • The major account manager must be able to operate as both a player and player coach in driving direct and indirect sales.

  • Drive HYG market share and profitability targets as presented in the Annual Plan.

  • This position will be responsible for the relationship of assigned accounts and will utilize the HY-impact sales processes and customer relationship skills to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

  • This position will drive voice of the customer to ensure growth within their assigned customer base, maintaining assigned account development plans, structuring and executing contracts, and managing customer orders with the utmost quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple accounts, projects, and priorities simultaneously.

What you will need:

  • BS Degree in Business Management/related field preferred

  • Minimum of 7 years Sales experience. In lieu of degree 10 years’ experience.

  • Relevant product, application, and industry knowledge.

  • Strong presentation skills.

  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills.

  • Material Handling Experience

  • Sales/Negotiation skills
