Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Product Listing Specialist based at our Greenville, NC location.

What you will do:

• Ensure new and existing Aftersales parts and accessories listings are optimized on the HYSourceParts.com website to increase sales by increasing conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention/loyalty.

• Add and edit marketing text, product images and photography, and other product details which are the heart of telling a compelling digital product story.

• Work closely with the Aftersales Product Marketing, Communications, and Ecommerce teams to execute wholesale and retail product strategies to drive increased engagement.

• Collaborate with a global cross-functional team to support the needs of our wholesale dealer channel and retail facing customer channel with unique regional differences while maintaining foresight of global product strategies.

• Support the Product Information Manager in the setup and maintenance of the PIM as well as developing and enhancing processes to support product listing needs and ecommerce development.

• Have a design frame of mind. Ability to take information and create something pleasantly easy to digest. Have a knack for crafting compelling product listings that capture attention and engage customers.

• Excel at managing multiple listings and details, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms.

• Driven to continually improve and optimize product listings to enhance visibility and sales. Highly motivated to take action and be hands-on to direct projects from start to finish.

• Adapt quickly to new tools, systems, and processes, staying current with industry trends. Thrives in an ambiguous work environment.

• Possess strong technical skills, comfortably navigating various e-commerce platforms and software to maintain and update listings efficiently.

What you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.

• 1-2 years’ experience copywriting, technical writing, ecommerce product listing, photo editing or related roles.

Skills, Experience & Abilities

• Experience with MS Office applications, especially Excel, and photo editing software such as Photoshop, Lightroom, Bridge, etc.).

• Experience using a PIM, DAM, ecommerce platforms and content management systems.

• Knowledge of parts and technical information is a plus.

• Knowledge of SEO principles is a plus.
