Hyster-Yale Group, Inc. (HYG), a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Project Team Supervisor based at our Greenville, NC location.
Pivotal position for executing Project Management and team oversight within Emerging Technology Engagements.
Manage all aspects of Emerging Technology project processes, to ensure forecasted project timelines, revenue and margins are met while exceeding customer expectations.
Manage and maintain all Emerging Technology requirements documents, capturing and tracking all needs for follow-up and project management.
Manage assigned Emerging Technology Project Managers and supporting staff and all applicable functional area there within.
Assess project timelines and identify and mitigate risks to schedule performance.
What you will do:
Manage assigned Emerging Technology Project Managers and supporting staff and all applicable functional area there within.
Timely action planning and follow-up with responsible individuals.
Productive team who knows their responsibilities and are given support to succeed
Track project and initiative progress and ensure performance to schedules.
Prioritize all critical actions and hold individuals accountable to drive change initiatives to completion
Identify and communicate all gaps or risks to completion of action items
Manage and maintain all Emerging Technology requirements documents, capturing and tracking all needs for follow-up and project management.
Effective and Consistent documentation
Timely and consistent communication of priorities, status, timelines and deliverables.
Manage and Prioritize project teams to meet AOPF.
- Providing risk management and mitigation efforts to ensure that AOPF is met monthly, quarterly, yearly.
What you will need:
BS/BA degree required, preferably in engineering or business project management.
5 to 7 years relevant experience
Skills, Experience & Abilities
Project management skills
Demonstrated proficiency with computer applications in a Windows based environment
Strong analytical skills, business acumen
Strong verbal and written communication skills; Ability to multi-task mutiple and changing priorities with proven organizational skills.
