This position is responsible for working closely with the HYMH Fleet Manager. Includes execution of operator safety programs, parts ordering, inventory, tech training programs, attend and participate in Facility Maintenance meetings with Leader/GM. Attend weekly GM hosted Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV) meetings. Indirect supervision of Technicians and Battery Attendants daily (all Shifts to include production weekends to include all shifts.)
What you will do:
Supervision of Lead Technicians responsible for planned and unscheduled maintenance, and the monthly inspection program.
Supervise technicians and Battery Attendants responsible for planned and unscheduled maintenance, and the monthly inspection program.
Responsible for keeping the Business Developmental Board (BDB) updated weekly.
Who you are:
Full responsibility with technician schedules, training, computer access, and assist with documentation of work orders from start to finish.
Full responsibility for ordering and receiving all parts and inventory.
Implement new parts stocking/ordering strategy to align with the growth and efficiencies required to have the right part at the right place at the right time.
Work closely with Administrative Assistant with all parts invoices and tier 2 vendors.
Coordinate with Fleet Manager on any or all issues that may be either out of your scope or may require additional resources to complete.
What you will need:
B.S. Business Administration or related degree and/or 3-5 Years Industry Experience .
3-5 Years Industry Experience
Skills, Experience & Abilities
Highly self-motivated individual with the ability, interpersonal and facilitation skills to work across functional team boundaries.
Communication skills, Interviewing skills and team management.
Ability to manage 2000+ assets with various planned maintenance intervals and a strong mechanical background with hands on experience repairing equipment.
Possess yearly cost budget, parts inventory, consumables experience.
MS Office, Sales force platform with service max or similar platform experience preferred.
